You as the investor are responsible for deciding the amount and the deal in which to invest. CrowdX does not offer any investment advice.
You are investing directly in that Company and not through Eurivex or CrowdX. Unless otherwise stated, no investment is secure or guaranteed, and no amount is covered by an investment guarantee scheme. Please read the risk warnings on our website and in the Key Investor Information Sheet (KIIS) prepared by the Issuer before you invest.
The risk of default by the Issuer is clearly explained in the KIIS which you must read and confirm that you fully understand before making the decision to invest.
If the Issuer is not in a position to pay the coupon or interest on the bonds that it issued, then this means the Issuer will be in default and investors can commence the procedures to take legal action against the Issuer to safeguard their interests.
If the Issuer is not in a position to pay the promised return or dividends as stated in the KIIS, then this means that either the financial position of the Issuer has deteriorated raising the risk of default or the owners of the Issuer have decided not to honour the terms of issue. In both cases, investors should commence the procedures to take legal action against the Issuer to safeguard their interests.
Any investment made on CrowdX is not secured or guaranteed. CrwodX is the platform through which the investment is made and is not responsible for your decisions or of the decisions of the Issuers. Our responsibility is to review the KIIS and confirm that to the best of our knowledge the Issuer is stating the facts as correctly as possible, at the time of investment. We are not responsible for the risk of default of the Issuer.
There is no investor protection fund when investing in crowdfunding projects. Your investment made under the Regulation (EU) 2020/1503 of the European Parliament and of the Council is not protected by the deposit guarantee schemes established under Directive 2014/49/EU (Deposit Guarantee Schemes Directive). Your investment is also not protected by the investor compensation schemes established under Directive 97/9/EC (Investor Compensation Schemes Directive).
CrowdX or Eurivex do not offer investment advice and we never intervene in your investment decisions. You hold the sole responsibility of your investment decisions. Please read the Key Investor Information Sheet (KIIS) of every deal before investing.
The decision of how much to invest and in which product is up to you.
Absolutely, we have made all efforts to make your investment journey with crowdX as simple as possible. In order to invest, you need to be approved as a client of crowdX, and then transfer funds from your bank account to our Bank account. After this, you are ready to make your investments. Make sure that the investment opportunity meets your expectations and is in line with your risk profile. The appropriateness of your experience and knowledge have not necessarily been correctly assessed before you were approved as a client. After you carefully read and understand the KIIS, then you may proceed to invest based on the availability of funds in your account.
Your risk profile is the degree of how much you can sustain losses if things don’t go as planned – the Issuer misses its promised targets, or if the Issuer is late to pay the coupon on the bonds, or fails to declare a dividend. You should consider the level of risk you are able and willing to sustain. We will assist you with this during the account opening process, where you will be asked to take a simple Simulation of Your Ability to Bear Loss exercise.
As in every investment, there is always a risk that you may lose all or some of your money, which means you must only invest amounts that you can afford to lose. It is recommended that you do invest more than 10% of your net wealth in such projects or invest with money that you cannot afford to lose.
You need to complete the account opening form, answer a short questionnaire and upload a copy of your valid passport (or Identity Card for Cypriots) and proof of address such as copy of your most recent utility bill (not later than 3 months old). Once your account opening documents have been approved by CrowdX, you will receive your login details by email to be able to access your account.
Once your account application is approved, we will send you an email notification on how you may transfer money to our Bank Account, which is segregated from Eurivex money. It will be held there until you decide to invest.
Yes, you may diversify and spread your risk by allocating a percentage of your funds available for investment to one or more Projects.
No, there are no inactivity fees.
There is no account opening fee. No brokerage fees apply to trades made by retail investors (individuals). There are also no custody fees or exit fees. In fact there are no hidden fees or charges.
